TNG Creative is a lean boutique consultancy that bridges the gaps between STRATEGY + SCIENCE + CREATIVE.

For 10 years, our small + nimble team has helped life science companies, both large and small, when they have needed a trusted external catalyst to hit the ground running and generate immediate + meaningful impact. Although small, we bring broad life science experience across therpaeutic areas, geographies + company stages, from early stage biotechs to publicly traded corporations. We are immensely proud of our lean approach, which relies on tight collaboration between partners and a senior team of creative + IT personnel, carefully assembled for each client engagement.

Meet the TNG Creative Team

MIKA STOJANOVIC, MBA
MARKETING + CREATIVE

Mika is the founder + catalyst behind TNG Creative. For more than 10 years, Mika has built TNG Creative from the ground-up. She has advised dozens of marketing, medical affairs and commercial personnel across a number of TNG Creative’s life science clients. Mika’s specialties include marketing + brand strategy, storytelling, content creation and multichannel optimization. Mika holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and she has completed executive education at Columbia University.

ALEX STOJANOVIC, PHD
STRATEGY + BD

Over the past 15+ years, Alex has worked or consulted for more than 50 life science companies, lived on 3 continents, and conducted business in more than 20 countries. Alex specializes in merging scientific + commercial strategy throughout the product lifecycle, portfolio planning + scenario analysis, business development / M+A and investor relations. Alex holds a PhD in Pharmacology from Dartmouth College and he completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Northwestern University.

MARKO KOSTIC,
DATA + ANALYTICS

For the past 15 years, Marko has focused on data and analytics within healthcare and life sciences. His experience spans work from healthcare providers (utilizing patient level data) to pharmaceutical companies (with varying commercial and payer level data). He specializes in data visualization, end-to-end (E2E) processing and design, creating forecasting and predictive/ scenario modeling. Marko holds a BS in Computer Engineering (with a Minor in Mathematics) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Our partners are supported by a team of creative + IT professionals who provide us with amazing talent, energy + motivation to deliver stunning work for our clients, efficiently and with the highest quality. Our team supplements our partners with skills in graphic design, art direction, web + app development and video production to ideate, brainstorm, draft, design and produce a variety of our creative deliverables.
