Mika is the founder + catalyst behind TNG Creative. For more than 10 years, Mika has built TNG Creative from the ground-up. She has advised dozens of marketing, medical affairs and commercial personnel across a number of TNG Creative’s life science clients. Mika’s specialties include marketing + brand strategy, storytelling, content creation and multichannel optimization. Mika holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and she has completed executive education at Columbia University.
Over the past 15+ years, Alex has worked or consulted for more than 50 life science companies, lived on 3 continents, and conducted business in more than 20 countries. Alex specializes in merging scientific + commercial strategy throughout the product lifecycle, portfolio planning + scenario analysis, business development / M+A and investor relations. Alex holds a PhD in Pharmacology from Dartmouth College and he completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Northwestern University.

Our team supplements our partners with skills in graphic design, art direction, web + app development and video production to ideate, brainstorm, draft, design and produce a variety of our creative deliverables.
